The Home Collective has become a well-known home improvement company in the Rochester and SE Minnesota area. Its team, products, and service are synonymous with personability, efficiency, and reliability. To boost their sales before the new year, the Home Collective wanted to run a campaign that encouraged customers to make the jump on home renovations during the holiday season.

For two consecutive years, we ran the Home Collective’s largest sale of the year, their Home for the Holidays campaign. Through strategic creative direction, we communicated the importance of a home during these unique times, as well as its timeless significance during the holiday season.
Utilizing organic and paid social posts and email marketing, we specifically leaned into humor and sentiment to further establish brand identity to increase brand awareness and social engagement. Both the 2020 and 2021 campaigns reached record social engagement, and 2021 garnered the business’s highest level of monthly sales to date.
The Home Collective values its strong local roots and provides above-and-beyond neighborly service, so we worked with local photographer Becca Haugen and made the HC team a focal point of the campaign. By making their team the literal faces of the campaign, we drove home the point that the staff members belong to the local Rochester community, and they truly care about helping their neighbors create their dream homes.
